建立良知、良能及良心的「三良」專業經理人行為準則及個人「智慧功德成就目標」 (Three-Good Professional Man-ager Behavior Code and Personal Wisdom-Contribution Goals)。
26.義工慈善化
參加「好友義助會」與「好友勵進讀書會」(Charity-Assistance Club and Reading-Research Club)，以排遣退休歲月。
27.福利政治化
拋棄「政治買票承諾」及檢驗「政治支票兌現」(Rejection of Unfaithful Political Welfare Checksand Following-up the Observation of Political Promises)，使政治歸於單純服務人群的慈善事業。
28.財富平民化
投資「自身教育進修」及提升「人品道德情操」 (Investments in Con-tinuous Education and Upgrading Personal Eth-ical Standards)。
29.理財股票化
採取穩健理財三三三政策（即儲蓄、固定資產、股票各占三分之一）及「投資不投機」股票投資行為 (Sound Property Management Three One-thirds Principles and Insistence of Investment in Stocks ratherthan Speculation in Stocks)。
30.金融虛擬化
相信「眼見為憑」及「久賭必輸」 (To See is to Believe and No Win in Long Gambling)鐵律，不隨不可驗證的花言巧語而起舞。
31.民權高漲化：洗鍊「國家發展前途」思想及靜觀「花言巧語者下場」的教訓（Well- thoughts on Nation's Development Perspectives and Careful Watching the Downfalls of Those Cheating Politicians）。
32.神權淡忘化
應依因時、因地、因人、因事、因物等五因情境而適用「賢明獨裁制」與「民主參與制」（CarefulAdoption of Pater-nalistic Leadership and Democratic Leadership Styles）。
33.政權變動化
採取「有效企業經營」及「有效文官政府」管理（Effective Business Management and Effective Civil Government Management）的強身固本措施，安度政客變易的災害。
34.婚姻淡薄化
求助於「父母勤示範」及「師友勤感化」（Good Demonstrations of Parental Practices and GoodInfluences of Teachers and Friends）。
35.子孫平等化
推動「密集家庭聚會」及「良好典範傳統」)（Intensive Family Regular Gatherings andDemonstration of Good Behavior Paradism），否則久不見面，遠親就不如近鄰了。
36.養老自助化
堅持「財力積蓄」，供作老本與慈善奉獻，力行身體「健康活躍」，不求他人扶持 （Good Savings andHealthy Activi-ties）。
